I am calling my third daughter Luisa. It’s just beautiful!! I think it is very pretty, I can’t believe it isn’t in the top 1000 but I’m delighted its not! My husband and I both love it, though he prefers the Louisa spelling. I’ve fallen in love with Luisa, so Luisa it will be! Her two sisters are, Sophia and Jemma, so it fits perfectly. I cannot wait to announce her beautiful name!

We just had a second child, Macrina. Our first was Basil. We contemplated the name Macrina the first time around should we have had a girl. This time we decided to go with the historical sibling pair because we thought it could be a lot of fun and a great family to honor.

My daughter’s name is Arlie Isabella. We love the name. The first time we heard it was on our honeymoon in Australia. We get really positive responses about the name and her siblings agree it is the best name ever. She is adorable and looks like an Arlie.

I went to the hospital fully intending to name child #3 Zoe Alexandra, but she came out of the hospital named Calypso Persephone. Sometimes even having a name picked out doesn’t pan out.

My youngest daughter is named Natalia Rahil (Rah-eel, Russian/Bulgarian for Rachel) to honor the Slavic roots on both sides of the family. Russian and Orthodox on my side , Czech and Protestant on her mother’s side.

I’m French and although Adélie is by no means a common name, I would pronounce it ah-day-lee in English, with the ah sounding like the a sound in the word at. Amélie, Aurélie, Adele are pronounced with this type of a sound.

I named my sweet baby girl Leta Blue. Sadly she was born still. It’s my favorite name in the entire world. Leta meaning JOY and Blue meaning sadness. She’s my glad/sad baby. My bittersweet blessing. Thank you for this post!

i know a 7 yr old blue eyed blonde hair spunky Arley, the name suits her so well, and Arley’s older sister’s names are Audrey and Aleah. LOVE
